ABC Film Blowing Machine Inner Cooling System
The working principle of the three-layer co extrusion blown film machine is based on the processes of plastic film extrusion, inflation, cooling and hardening.Firstly, three different types of plastic raw materials are melted through an extruder, and then the molten material is formed through a die and enters the inflation device, where it is injected with air and rapidly inflated to form a thin film. Subsequently, the film enters the cooling system and is rapidly cooled and hardened. The final traction and winding device pulls and winds the hardened film.
